Tribeca Automotive, Inc. Celebrates Top Awards from Industry Leaders
Family-Owned Auto Transport Company Receives Prestigious Honors
Enjoys Rapid Growth Despite Industry Challenges
Iselin, NJ: June 2014, Tribeca Automotive, Inc., a local and long-distance auto transport company servicing the logistics needs of manufacturers (OEMs), fleets, rentals and auctions, announced that it has received top industry awards from several prestigious clients, Nissan and WWL Vehicle Services Americas. Both of these automotive giants provide annual awards and recognition for “high performing carriers” who go “above and beyond normal expectations.”
At Nissan’s Annual Logistics Conference in December, 2013, Tribeca received the Nissan Brand Power Award for their exceptional carrier services in 2013. And they were named the 2013 Transportation Partner of the Year, by Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) Vehicle Services Americas at their Annual Carrier Conference in April, 2014. In addition to garnering WWL’s highest honor, Tribeca received their Rail Ramp Carrier of the Year Award at the same conference.
Tribeca’s celebration and heightened excitement over this level of industry recognition is even more understandable when you know the rest of the story. Sweeping these awards is an amazing achievement for any carrier!
So how did Tribeca achieve this meteoric rise to the top in an industry struggling with a scarcity of drivers and reliable, environmentally-conscious carriers?
The short answer is that even though the company is “young” by industry standards, Tribeca’s executive team, headed by Leo and Ray Munoz, bring a wealth of experience, enthusiasm, dedication, and attention to detail that is exemplified by these awards.
“Ray and I believe our commitment to good, old-fashioned, high quality service makes all the difference,” says Leo Munoz, co-founder, President. “We think our performance reflects our core values and vision. We have a strong family ethic based on personal responsibility and integrity, and we look for that in our drivers and staff. We also stay focused on a core set of business goals, with safety as a top priority, followed by efficiencies of time and cost, and minimizing impacts on the environment. I think all this combined helped pave the way to this very nice place to be. It really is hard to believe we got this far so fast. We’re very grateful to be here in spite of all the challenges.”
